May 4, 2013 4:18 PM in response to sl1953by Patrick140897,Allmost every file on PC works on mac, exept for .exe, .bat and other "programs", stuff like folders and pictures will we be normal on a mac, but for backup the mac will be able to store every file, no matter what, jsut cant open the "Program" files tho.
Hopefully it helped.
You transfer files normally like with a USB or Lan network.

May 4, 2013 4:21 PM in response to sigby Patrick140897,I allready tested that tho, you dont need to reformat, just split the harddrive in 2, we have 2 folders, one with PC backups and 1 with Mac backups, ive used it to reinstall my mac, after virus or system failure, and it works fine.
