I am attempting to print wirelessly.  Here is the situation:

1.  This is in an office environment.

2.  My computer is connected to the office's wifi network.  I can confirm this because I have internet access as demonstrated by the fact that you are reading this.

3.  My printer (Brother MFC-7860DW) is connected to the same network.  I can confirm this because after I connected the printer to the network, the printer printed out a sheet of paper that says "Connection:OK."

4.  When I try to print, I am told that my printer is offline.

I feel like I am missing some obvious step, but I canot figure it out.  Please help.

How did you add the printer to the Mac? Did you open Print & Scan and click the plus button and saw the Brother in the little window with a heading of Nearby Printers? Or did you have to click on the IP icon when you selected to add the printer and then manually enter the IP address of the printer and select a protocol to use?
