Trouble sync'ing iPad

Lately when I try to sync my iPad iTunes struggles for a bit then backs up (I hope), then puts up a "you do not have priveleges to make changes" warning, Any thoughts??

    Hey mike1rose,

     

    This will be different if you do not have a Mac, but if you're encountering issues with permissions (or "privileges") in Mac OS X, it could be due to incorrect permissions settings. I found a document on how to troubleshoot them:
