HOW DO I GET LOGIC TO SEE ALL MY PLUG INS? IT WILL SEE ALL BUT 4. ALSO WHEN I IMPORT TRACKS FROM ANOTHER DAW I CAN'T GET ANY SOUND IN PLAY BACK
Have you checked, for instance using the AU manager, if the plugins are actually present in the <Library><Audio><Plug-Ins><Components> folder on the sys root where they belong?
What kind of Tracks are you importing, MIDI or plain audio?
AND PLEASE STOP SHOUTING!
when i go to the audio units screen in logic they are not listed. they are activated and are on my mac becuase i can use them in garage band. they were recently activated, and i would skip them in the logic boot up becuase they were inactive.
Have you run Logic in 32bit mode?
i actually forgot how to open logic in 32 bit mode. can you tell me?
- Quit Logic
- Select the Locig program icon and press >cmd I<
- check >Open in 32-bit mode
Thats it, the next time you open Logic it will run in 32 bit mode.
