These videos are available under the Movies tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and if so, you have Sync Movies along with these videos selected there?
If so, these videos originated where?
Any error message provided?
hey did you solved the issue??? because i was having the same problem and i already fixed it.
My problem was that i was using another usb cord (Not the Iphone Original USB cord) mine was stolen so i bought one at ebay and i was trying to sync with that cable and aparently apple has stricted that iphones and ipods or ipads have to use their original usb cord to get it sync so i had to use my ipod touch usb cable and it work all the videos, movies, that i had a hard time trying to transfer to my phone are now there so hope this resolves you issue
Incorrect. Apple restricts or requires no such thing.
The key is using a compatible cable which you obviously did not purchased via eBay.
Let the buyer beware definitely applies to eBay purchases.
I use a 3rd party compatible cable with an iPhone 4S daily at the office with two of my employees to import photos from their iPhone's Camera Roll.

well im telling you because that happened to me im not saying it to cause problems or anything i love apple i have my ipod, i have a mac, and imac, and and iphone i love apple but that really happened to me until my brother told me to use the original usb cable that come with my ipod and that solved my problem and then later i tried with the other cable and the new videos wont go to my phone then i had to do the same use the original cable.
look im not telling lies is just hoping to help people that had the same problem as i did sorry if that bothered you
Well I'm telling you Apple restricts or requires no such thing. It solved the problem for you because you purchased an incompatible 3rd party cable or the cable was defective. Let the buyer beware when purchasing items from eBay.
I didn't say you were lying. I'm saying what you provided is wrong - Apple restricts or requires no such thing.
Didn't bother me in the least.
