Why are you asking here, when your phone is already telling you what the problem is:
"Please insert the SIM that came with the iPhone or visit a supported carrier's store to recieve a replacement SIM card."

The phone is locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use. You will have to contact the carrier it's locked to. Either sign up for service with them, or find out if you meet their conditions for unlocking the phone (if they offer unlocking).
