Jaime... MailMan is a mailing list manager and has nothing to do with webmail.
First install MySQL: http://www.macminivault.com/mysql-mountain-lion/
Then install RoundCube (the actual webmail): http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Install
You need to enable clear text authentication in the Mail server section of the Server app for Roundcube to be able to authenticate (others report that CRAM-MD5 could also work) and make a website for webmail.example.com to forward to another website for the SSL version of webmail.example.com

There will be a free webapp install of roundcube available shortly (this week probably).
Being a web app, it will show up as an option in the Server application that you can tick ON for any website.
If you are interested in roundcube (not squirrelmail), contact me through my profile and you can try it asap (before actual release). We need a few test sites.

Is there any further information about the web app version of Roundcube? We are looking to moive from Snow Leopard server to ML Server and webmail is something we'd really like to kepp.

Glad the Roundcube installer worked for you.
This is still an unnoficial release, but its been solid on all of the 10.8 servers we've run it on.
The official release should be identical, but will be 'signed' and distributed directly on the topicdesk website.
Some notes on the topicdesk Roundcube Webapp
- The installation takes just a couple minutes, it handles setting up postgres, aliases for webmail, etc etc. When its done, it will open your default website and should display the Rouncube login.
- Roundcube can be activated as a webapp for any website.
In the Server app, in Web settings, open a site then click Advaced.
You will see a 'topicdesk-Roundcube' which can be activated on any site.
We activate the default website and redirect to SSL if enabled as our default.
- Managesieve (server-side filtering and vacation messages) are enabled and should work with no adjustment.
One note: when you create a filter, there is a field for 'additional email addresses' you must enter your email address even if its the only one. If you leave this blank, filtering won't work.
- If you need to edit the config, you'll find the roundcube package is installed at
You can edit the config files, enable plugins, etc.
