I found an article that looks like it pertains to your situation:
Syncing and arranging apps from the App Store
Depending on what version of iTunes you have, the process will be different, but that should give you a good general idea of how to get troubleshooting.
Thanks, but this article has not helped me. My problems turn up just in that time when I use those instructions. Actually that's why I asked. But anyway, thanks for your suggestion.

I'm not sure you're in the right spot based on the terminology you quote. You should be in the "Apps" window of the iTunes program, not a "Programs" screen. You should be clicking "Install" (not Sync). If you just installed iTunes you'll have iTunes 11.0.2, the screenshot in the article is from iTunes 10.x and it looks quite different now.

Yes, I have iTunes 11.0.2. But I did everything, that was shown in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1977.
I've clicked on application in the list left, then clicked on the button "Install"(in the line left, where that appication was), that button changed on the inactive button with the message smth. like "Will be installed after syncing". That's why I try to sync, but anything happens.
P.S. I had no problems with syncing music, only with applications.
