You can buy memory at OWC or Crucial > http://eshop.macsales.com/shop/memory/Apple/Mac_mini/DDR3_1600 If you install 2 modules of 4 GB, you will use Dual Channel, having a better performance. However, if you think you will add more memory in the future, you should consider the option to buy one module of 8 GB or buy more than 8 GB.
