I would delete the mail account from the phone, restart the phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).) After the phone restarts just enter the mail account again and see if it works
Thanks -- I tried this twice but it did not work. Either I am sending them the wrong info (copied it directly from the email account specifics) or something is wrong with my App store settings. I'll refer it to Apple because I have two other issues with Safari that I cannot resve either.
