Any time I try to use “Help Center”, i.e. the help for most apps on the Mac, it does not provide any help. It is just unbearably slow and most times it just displays a message saying the topic I try to get help for is “currently not available”.

In fact, Help Center on Mac OS X is so bad that as far as I remember I have never gotten any help out of it. For years I have never even bothered to look something up in “Help Center” but I just googled the problem instead. Only now I am using an app for which there seems to exist no support on the Web. So I tried “Help Center” again and, man, it is so totally crappy!

Is it just me or is “Help Center” objectively such an embarrasing software?

Help!
