Hi all,

I'm sitting here in a hotel room with my iPad Mini sharing my Wireless via Bluetooth, syncing Daylite and generally happy

BUT my iPhone 5 is unable to do the same simple task, will not pair properly with the MBP and rejects BT connections

Wasted almost an hour trying to get this to work

Apple this is NUTS!! this is such a basic requirement

Please fix

Cheers Robert

May I ask why you are using any BT sharing for the hotel connection. Is the internet access wifi or is your mac connected by ethernet cable.

If wifi just connect all devices to the wifi signal. If the mac is connected by ethernet cable then make the mac a wifi hotspot.

What you are trying to do is not a "basic requirement". You should be directly using the hotel's wifi or sharing your computer's Internet connection using its wifi.
