Q: Can i use Airport Express to extend the network of my DLINK WiFi Router

Can i use Airport Express to extend the network of my DLINK WiFi Router. My broadband service provider supports only DLINK WiFi Router. Hence i wish to extend the network in my home using Airport Express. Kindly advice if it is possible to use AE as extender on a non apple router ?

    Can I use AirPort Express to extend the network of my DLINK WiFI Router?

    Yes, if you connect the AirPort Express to the D-Link router using a wired Ethernet connection.

     

    No, if you are planning to have the AirPort Express wirelessly extend the signal from the D-Link router.
