My iPad can't access Featured or Top Charts in The App Store

This has been going on for 24hrs+ at this stage.

I have switched off and re-booted(several times) to no avail.

My requests are timing out - it says!

All other aspects of the App Store seem to be ok and I can access an overview of the Store through Safari, but trying to enter the store from that web-link brings me back to a blank screen and eventually a request timed out notification.

Is anyone else having this problem and any ideas on how to solve? Thnx

    1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

     

    2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

    I've been having a similar problem on my iPad. In the App Store, if I want to see more info about a particular app, it will not open no matter how many times I tap on it. This has been going on for a few days as far as I can tell. I tried rebooting iPad, nothing.

     

    Unable to open anything in my "Purchased" lists either. It's like tapping on the apps is just not working.

     

    Will await resolution of this problem.
