Q: My sync collection is on in iPad and iPhone.   But I don't get collections updated between devices.  How to solve?

Myi iBooks sync collection is on in iPad and iPhone using cloud.  But the contents are not updated between devices.  How to fix it?

    The 'sync collections' setting won't copy content between your devices, all it does is if you move an ibook/epub/PDF into a collection in iBooks on one device, then if that item is also already on the other device then it will moved into the same collection on that other device.

     

    If they are ibooks and they are still in the store then you should be able to re-download them on the second device via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the iBooks app. If they are not ibooks (e.g. epubs or PDFs) or they are no longer in the store, then you should be able to copy them from the device to the Books section of your computer's iTunes library via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to your other device.
