May 13, 2013 6:26 PM in response to computer masterby randers4,It's just the way Apple set it up. Could be because videos take much more storage than photos and photo stream is a totally free service (doesn't use your iCloud storage plan).
If you want to stream videos using iCloud you could try an app like Video Stream for iCloud. (Don't know how well it works.)
