i went in and asked the genius bar to replace my keys before my warranty expired and rather than do this they asked me to specify which keys needed replacing and they assured me that all keys would be replaced for the life of the computer (provided there is no damage to the innards apparently).

so now (out of warranty) i went back and had them replace the 23 keys that needed replacing and the Delete key is hanging off and not attached. there appears to be a U shaped small wire and then the key. below these two appear to be a two piece set of white and/or clear plastic.

can i try and get this key reset on my own somehow? should i bring it back? is there a possibility that something else is damaged?
