Apple has addressed the greyed out WiFi for some iDevices in the knowledge base article at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and some users have found it necessary to make a backup of the iDevice, restore to factory condition, and then restore from the backup to get the content back on the iDevice.

1. RESET NETWORK-FAILED
2.RESET ALL SETTINGS-FAILED
3.ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS- FAILED
4. RESTORE iPHONE 4S ( EROR 3014,-1)-FAILED
5. RESTORE BACKUP-FAILED
What else i must to do? 1 throw to garbage 700$, 2. waiting the update next year? or to call my lawyer
