In addition to dominic23's BootCamp suggestion, you can also install Windows 7 via virtualization (using something like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox) which will allow you to run Windows "within" OS X.  Depending on the specs of your MacBook Pro, Windows 7 may be able to run just fine for run of the mill basic office tasks.  Applications that are more demanding graphically (games, etc.) will not run so well as the virtual machine options have fairly limited 3d performance.
