I have searched for wired ergonomic keyboards and found some but with failures.  Has anyone found a good ergonomic keyboard?

Microsoft makes some good ergonomic keyboards.  Pi Engineering even makes a PC/AT USB adapter if you find you prefer the old PC/AT keyboards to USB.  They keys though are switched on the Alt and Command in terms of orientation  if it isn't an Apple specific keyboard, as the Windows key acts as a command key.

I have been looking for the same. Very hard to find. I just bought an old style full apple keyboard to see if any better but would prefer Microsoft style argonomic keyboards. Anybody use them with Mac? is the orientation of Alt and Cmd an issue?

Generally, Windows key = CMD key on Mac, alt = alt/option on Mac, can be set to different keys in System Preferences, but may not change what they are for startup purposes/sequences.
