May 15, 2013 4:11 AM in response to TownMouse33by fromsouth,Most downgrade requests handled by phone call to Apple directly. They want to make sure, that request made by person responsible for the account, especially if there is some data loss associated with downgrade.

May 15, 2013 11:43 AM in response to fromsouthby TownMouse33,Thanks for this. But in that case when you click on'downgrade' it should tell us to call support, not give the option to downgrade and then not allow it, surely? And what number do I need to call! Please?
