Restore iPhone with iTunes on your computer. If after the Restore there is still problem, make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send to Apple for resolution under Warranty.

I have been experiencing the same issue starting 3 weeks ago...I have had my iphone 5 since October 2012...To resolve I power down and restart...However I'm having to perform this task about 1 to 2 times per week...Did you ever resolve your issue?...
