Help,

Trying to sync my classic I Pod to my newer PC lap top. Loaded I tunes successfully, I Pod is recognized, but does not seem to sync and transfer data on I Pod to computer. I have tried to use different USB ports and conneted external power as was suggested by Apple site. Any suggestions.

Thanks
