Mar 19, 2013 4:46 PM in response to tkdchampby lllaass,What were yu doing when you obtained that error?
Maybe:
"Error 3000" through "3999"
Alerts with codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try removing the proxy settings, or using a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.

May 16, 2013 12:17 PM in response to tkdchampby aidenkelly3,if it comes up with itunes cannot connect to itunes store, blah blah error (-3212) then its because one of your computer programs has failed, to find the faild program you should look at the bottom right corner of your screen and if any of the little icons have a yellow exclamation mark on or next to it then that is the ones thats failed.
you need to make a note of which one it is and then go to control panel on the start menu, once loaded look for the link called 'programs' and click on uninstall a program, find the faulty program and just click on it and it will start uninstalling, restart your computer and try loading itunes again and it'll work
