Hi everyone I just backed up and restored my iphone, however it gave me an old back up, how can I get the most recent one?

Thanks

Check iTunes Preferences>Devices to see if it's really there.  If it is, make sure the phone you are trying to restore it to is running the same or higher version of iOS as the phe you backed up.  If it isn't, update it first, then try restoring the backup again.
