Q: In-App Purchase overcharge

I recently purchased an In-App upgrade, was charged accordingly, but never recieved the upgrade in the App. Apple have a nice "report a problem" link beside each purchase in your iTunes receipt, however, don't bother following that rabbit as it leads to nowhere except frustration. As far as Apple are concerned, there is no such thing as an App Store purchase problem!

 

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Surely someone else has had this problem?
