I have 2 end users, one with iPhone4 one with 4s, that up until this week have been syncing fine for over a year. They now receive Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed. They can send, but not receive new mail. We are running Exchange 2003 Sp2.
The problem is definitly tied to their accounts as I have tried different phones with the same results.
The only resolution to this problem I have found in my searching pertains to Exchange 2010 (inheritable rights for Exchange Server in Domain Users Security), but this does not apply to me.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
