You can delete photos from your camera roll or photo stream albums by tappng Edit, tap the photos you want to delete then tap Delete.  Photos in the photo library album must be deleted by deselecting them on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing your phone.

    Hello randers4

I tried that, it didn't work.  When I click the "edit" button on the photo(s) I want deleted, I get a choice of "crop", "removed redeye", "send."  I get no choice of "delete."  Also, in my ITunes, I have no "photos" tab.  What I did was deleted the photos from my computer and synced IPhone again but the photos are still there.  Any other ideas to delete them?

    Thank you.

Don't open the photo, just open up to the album view then tap edit. You'll then tap on the thumbnails of the photos you wish to delete to select them.
