You don't have to install AirPort Utility if you are using AirPort Utility 6, so close the installer and use AirPort Utility 6.
If you can't set up your Time Capsule with AirPort Utility 6 because "it's too old" or because you like AirPort Utility 5.6, follow the steps of this website to install AirPort Utility 5.6 > http://frank.is/mountain-lion-and-the-old-airport-utility/

May 20, 2013 10:31 PM in response to Artemis_prime12by mende1,What do you want drivers for? I ask this because the Time Capsule doesn't need any driver, as it's just a router with a hard disk. AirPort Utility 5.2 isn't compatible with Mountain Lion

May 20, 2013 11:02 PM in response to Artemis_prime12by mende1,The Time Capsule doesn't need drivers. The DVD that comes with your Time Capsule only includes AirPort Utility, useful to install AirPort Utility in Windows, but not in OS X, because it already comes installed
