Is there a way for support apple to help me unlock my phone.

My carrier does not offer unlocking.

    Apple does not unlock iPhones, and only your carrier can authorize such for your phone. If they don't offer unlocking, then that means there is no way to get your phone officially unlocked.

    If your phone company does not offer unlocking for your phone, then there is absolutely nothing that you can do. You will either need to stick with your original carrier or purchase a new and unlocked phone directly from Apple and start again.


    Apple does not get involved in unlocking phones - they just make them and sell them and anything to do with data is the responsibility of your carrier and if they won't unlock your phone they won't, so there is nothing you can do except live with it!
