Q: Hello!

I have a question about book placing on iBooks Store. Is it possible to do from Kazakhstan? As far as I know in Russia it is possible to place free books? Do we have the same access?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

I don't think it matters where you are located as long as you meet Apple's requirements:

Apple's note says free books are available in Russia:
