May 21, 2013 6:28 PM in response to SpiceisleDocby randers4,Sounds like your address was hacked by a spammer, who then sent out spam messages to the people in your contacts list using your address. Many of these emails get bounced because they were sent to old eamil addresses that are no longer in use. Other than being an annoyance, you usually don't need to be overly concerned by this. Chances are they've already moved on to someone else. This is called email spoofing (see http://www.pcworld.com/article/253305/minimize_your_exposure_to_email_spoofing.h tml).

May 22, 2013 4:39 AM in response to randers4by jonwini,It may be spoofing, this just recently started like the past week. Is there a way for Apple to set up blocks by filters of words in the rules section of your account?

You might like to look at SpamSieve - it's pretty good at dealing with spam after a training period, and it works with iCloud. It's $30, but if it stops the problem you might think it well worth it. I use it and find it very efficient. (I have no connection with this company.)
