Q: which of the world travel adapters do I use for Kenya and Tanzania?

Whichever one fits when you check it out over there. The manual is here. But it does not show any for Africa. That may well mean the outlets would be the same as in the European nation that colonized. Kenya is British as is Tanzania. Looks like this:

Kappy is correct ,looks like the standard UK 3 x pin is valid ,but also in Tanzania a 3x pin round plug is used
