my mac book pro is reiniciating every time with mountain lion

what should i do?

    OK, it's restarting by itself? Randomly, or when you start some application?

     

    The first thing I would try is to repair the hard drive. Start from the recovery partition, use Disk Utility and repair the drive and repair permissions.:

    I think the kernel panic is pointing at a hardware failure.

    Try running Apple Hardware Test:

    And try Safe Boot (where not all hardware is active):

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1564
