I am not even touching the track pad and have cleaned it and wiped it but my track pad is still jumping around

    Turn off your laptop,

    turn it on again and before you here the original booting up sound hold 'R' and 'P' and 'Command' + 'alt' until you here the booting up sound three times then release. this might help you.

    If not clean your pad and put rice on your pad, this absorbs the moisture

    Let the rice sit for 4 or 5 hours, both ways helped me if not take to apple store
