Hi, I'm going to buy an iMac 27 within a couple of days.

My question is: I'm going to make a minor upgrade of the memory. Preferably I want 16GB of RAM.

What RAM is best suited? Kingston? And let's say I buy 8 GB of Kingston RAM, can I install it next to the 2x4 original Apple RAM?

Or do I have to remove the original?

Thank you

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
