The charger is coverd by the same 1 year warranty as the phone. Contact Apple to arrange for a replacement.

Stedman1 is right they will take care of it, a lot of folks have been having issues with the lightning cables

Try with a diffrent charger to make sure it is the charger and not the phone, before you get the charger replaced.
