We tried this update on 3 computers in our network and everyone of them completely lost their ability to print to our Xerox 7535. We kept getting the error that we were using invalid accounting ID's.
We double checked all the settings and all the Accounting ID's and everything was correct.
Xerox told us to go to their website and download a completely different driver to get everything working again.
Is there a way I can get our computers to stop trying to update this particular update? Or will it be fixed? It's a guarantee that someone else in my office is going to update accidentally and I'll be doing tech support again.
