Q: I can't complete the Apple Developer registration...

I have this same issue. Trying to register so that i can write safari extension.

Sample problem =/, tried multiple browsers. Not sure where to go from here.

Same.  Trying to get Bonjour SDK for Windows... endless loop of check this box on Firefox, Chrome and IE.

same on even a new account.

Update: When I created a totally new Apple ID to be a developer it worked immediately. It seems it didn't like my existing personal Apple ID which was in the form of just a name without a domain...i.e. not an email.

Same thing is happening to me.  My Apple ID is an e-mail address with domain.  Clicking Accept on the agreement just reloads the agreement.  I'm not going to create a separate ID for something stupid like this.  Please fix.

Same here, it's been happening for weeks now.

It's working for me as of this weekend.  I have no idea what changed.  I submitted a bug report with a link to this thread and Apple closed it, citing it as a duplicate request. 

I filed a support request, got a call from California, someone asked me to try again, and it worked ok. Hooray!

I'm facing the same issues... can anyone help me??
