May 10, 2013 4:08 AM in response to questionfromcaby danielcaffrey,Update: When I created a totally new Apple ID to be a developer it worked immediately. It seems it didn't like my existing personal Apple ID which was in the form of just a name without a domain...i.e. not an email.

May 16, 2013 10:22 AM in response to radicaleby hallmatt,Same thing is happening to me. My Apple ID is an e-mail address with domain. Clicking Accept on the agreement just reloads the agreement. I'm not going to create a separate ID for something stupid like this. Please fix.
