Q: Refund on my icloud

I Keep getting a message that I don't have enough storage on my ipad to update my apps. So, I purchased more iCloud GB's thinking it would solve that but it didn't! I had just renewed my $20 annual payment and now I spent $40 and the iCloud space is apparently not my problem! Help how do I get my $40 back and fix my storage problem?

If you're in the U.S., try calling 1-800-MYAPPLE for a refund. To free up space on your iPad, consider importing your photos and videos to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083, then deleting at least some of them off your iPad. Another option is to sync less data such as music to yoru iPad. (You can see what data is taking up your space by going to Settings>General>Usage.)

where do i call if i live in canada. because i've made the same mistake also. they should warn you before you click the purchase button
