May 26, 2013 7:56 PM in response to 大地MXby sanjampet,This is more of a non-issue, you really do not need to "fix" anything. As posted above, these messages can be safely ignored. This is not just confined to 10.8, it has been there for multiple OSX's.
Permissions will constantly put themselves "out of order,and nearly always have no affect on system performance. If there is an issue you would usually get a message regarding that a process can not be done because of a permissions issue.
Really don't obsess about this as long as your machine is performing fine.

Post a picture, since I have no idea what "Options Utilities" refers to and AFAICT it's not something related to OS X.
