File > Duplicate makes a copy of your document in its current state. If you follow that with File > Save, you can give the copy a distinctive filename.

Are you really asking how to do a Save As…?
Menu > File > Duplicate > Save > Give it new name

May 27, 2013 6:50 PM in response to apl4ktby Peggy,I said "Option/alt" as some keyboards (generic Windows or international) don't have the label "Option" but I've not come across one that doesn't say "alt." Your MacBook Air should have it, just as my MacBook Pro & MacBook & wireless Apple keyboards do. It's the second key to the left of the space bar. This screenshot is from the Apple page about keyboard layouts.
