May 28, 2013 6:57 AM in response to Dagmarfromtxby applemomfromMI,Help! Same problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted my old cache, ensured that Java is enabled, and even set my Java security settings down to medium (yikes) and still can't get Java 7 Update 21 to work on Safari. This is critical for me, because ther is a work application I must use in Safari with Java. (I know, my work site needs to modernize.) Any help?

May 29, 2013 6:19 AM in response to Dagmarfromtxby applemomfromMI,Update: This time, when I got the window informing me that my plug-in was inactive, I double clicked on the sentence regarding the inactive plug-in and it solved the problem. Double clicking in that window caused the plug-to activate and my java is now back up and running. Really, it would have been nice to have a "click here to activate" option or some such notice that made this less painful!
