Can I change the default folder when saving a new doc?

Whenever I "Save..." a new document, the default folder that comes up in the dialogue box is "iCloud".  I never save anything in iCloud, which means that every time, I need to first manually change the iCloud default selection to what I want ("Dropbox" folder on my c: drive) before I can click on the dropdown button to select the specific folder I want to save the new document in.

 

I want to change the deault selection from "iCloud" to my "Dropbox" folder whenever I "Save..." a new document.  Can I do this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
