Thank you for the question. I have personally experienced this as well and know it is frustrating. What worked for me was resetting the Apple TV and processing the update that was available. Below, I have included a couple articles that will help you troubleshoot this issue. The first article is just a basic troubleshooting guide. The second one covers how to update the Apple TV if you are unfamiliar with the process.
