Q: iphone not showing imei or iccid numbers

My daughter's iphone shows no cellular network detected and she cannot make or receive calls. Started 3 days ago, was working fine till then. Took it to the AT&T store and they noticed the IMEI and ICCID numbers were not showing up. They replaced the sim card but still isn't working. HELP!

Replacing the SIM cannot possibly resolve the issue. For what reason would you take the device to the clowns at AT&T?

Apple provides all warranty and support service in the US. Take the device to Apple for evaluation and replacement.

The missing IMEI indicates a serious hardware failure.

That's a critical failure, usually (though not always) caused by jailbreaking or hacking the phone. It can not be fixed. It will need to be replaced.

My iPhone 5s has both the IMEI & ICCID missing trying to sort out why but upon reading this it looks like its a break to Apple :[
