Jun 4, 2013 3:21 AM in response to monstermachineby Sid Starr,Thank you, nothing there.
I've been using fcpx for some time now, lots of successful projects.
Have been sharing this one to my iPad on three previous occasions, now I'm getting the crashes.
I'll have to go back and check some previous work. I thought there might be something that had affected others and Apple had a workaround.
Thanks all for your input.

Jun 4, 2013 4:06 AM in response to Sid Starrby Russ H,Is this the only project that's a problem or do opening othe projects cause the app to crash?
If it's only this project, turn off BG Rendering and delete render files – both project and event files. Try exporting a short section withoutt rendering the timeline.
If it's all projects, disable whatever effects you installed. (What are those plug-ins?)

Jun 4, 2013 2:17 PM in response to Sid Starrby Sid Starr,Thanks Russ, I'm currently going through that. The FCPeffects may be the problem, but it's only just surfaced after several weeks of successful editing/sharing.
As I wrote originally, I may have to backup then reinstall everything.
