Can you help me with Entourage, as I am unable to receive emails for over a month.

All the things that you will be needing to make this work:
Check internet connection
Check Mail Servers of your domain "SMTP mail server" and "POP or IMAP mail server"
Call mail server provider
Check ports that needs to be opened
if in case you got errors
disable firewall
disable antivirus
