With iTunes Match enabled on an iOS device traditional syncing of music via USB is disabled. All music management takes place directly on the device. Exactly what kind of " syncing" do you mean?

I mean just that to sync over wifi, I even tried disableing iTunes Match and syncing with USB and I still can't syn any of my music. This is such a pain after spending all that money for an iPhone. I'm mad.

What exactly do you mean when you use the word "sync?" As I wrote in my previous post traditional syncing of music via USB is disabled and can not be used when iTunes Match is enabled on an iOS device. Describe what you want to do and we will do our best to help you.

I am trying to get it to sync my music. It sync to my ipad my playlists show up but on my iPhone it will not sync any playlists or music. I got it to sync my books ,but I can't sync the music. No playlists and I tried every solution mentioned. I even bought a song with my iPhone and guess what didn't show up in my music on iPhone but did show up on ipad and in iTunes. Only purpose I switched to and I phone so I could have same music on iPad and iPhone. Nothing works, I reinstalled ITunes, shut off iTunes Match, turned it back on, made sure its set to sync with wifi and nothing downloads my iTunes playlists and music from iCloud. I see them in iTunes under the iPhone device but they won't show up on my iPhone. Very frustrated and not easy.

Have you enabled iTunes Match on the iPhone? If not go to Settings > Music and set "iTunes Match" to ON.
Let me reiterate this again: with iTunes Match enabled on the iPhone traditional "syncing" of music (and music videos) via USB or Wi Fi is disabled.

Well than how do I get the iTunes Match playlist to show on my iPhone and yes I have it enabled on my iPhone. Why is this so difficult. Its suppose to be easy where is this easy when I have been spending hours trying to figure out how to get my music onto my iPhone. I had no problem with my iPad as soon as I enabled the iTunes Match on Ipad I saw that it started to sync the playlists and all my music was on it. I did see that it said it wipes the library clean and adds the iTunes Match one, which is fine as long as I have my music. Why is it so messed up on iPhone and I am not the only one with all the researching I did. Many people are having this problem.

When you enable iTM on the iPhone and launch the music app, do you see the cloud with a progress bar in e middle of the screen for a few minutes?

Yes I see the cloud icon and a bar, I actually
See the bar move and it only takes. Minutes
And the bar stops and then it says
Add playlist and in upper corner store but no
Music or playlist show. At bottom it show
The areas to change from artist, album etc. I have tried
Various times to get the cloud to download
And sync but nothing does.

What do you see when you tap to view the Albums or Artists or Songs?

When I tap any of the tabs artist, songs, albums same screen shows for all. Center of screen a music icon underneath it says No Music and then it says you can download music from the iTunes Store and then a button for the store. I do know my music is in the cloud they show a cloud icon and iTunes Match did download them to my ipad.
