Q: I would like to know how can I make my free ibook available in Russia

I recently read that it is possible to upload free ibooks to the such territories as Russia. I wonder where shall I add Russia? Can't see it in the itunesconnect window

    I think you are mistaken.  There may be free books available in the ibookstore, but those have been put there by Apple from public sources.  Apple does not yet offer what you want -- instead you should try other stores like Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Googlebooks, or Sony.
